Ethan Du
Consultant
Ethan Du is a current student at New York University studying economics and computer science. His past internships include working for numerous political organizations, from the fundraising firm Berger Hirschberg Strategies, to the NYC Office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, to Brad Schwartz’s campaign for New York State Senate. Most notably, he interned for the Illinois Democratic County Chairs’ Association, where he focused on preparing the Illinois Delegation for the 2024 Democratic National Convention.

Jihoo Yang
Intern
Jihoo Yang studies Operations & Analytics at Georgetown University and is committed to advancing thoughtful representation for AAPI and Asian American communities. Her belief in social justice was shaped while volunteering at the Nanumi Soup Kitchen in her hometown of Seoul, South Korea. She seeks to use communications as a tool for grassroots organizing and to make policy more accessible and transparent to the communities it affects.

Dana Ng
Operations Associate
Dana provides budget and business operations support, oversees the internship program and provides strategic planning support on organizational objectives and projects. She holds a Master of Professional Studies in Urban Ministry from Alliance Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Binghamton University.

Jenny Shin
Advisor
Jenny serves as an Advisor on the Karis team, driving client strategy and building client relationships. Jenny brings 15 years of experience as a trusted partner to CEOs and client services leader, successfully leading and executing strategic initiatives that build alignment and connectivity around organizational mission and strategy. Nandani Kalani
Intern
Nandini Kalani is currently studying Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) at Northeastern University. Her interests lie in public policy, technology governance, and corporate power, and she hopes to pursue a career in law. Nandini participated in Harvard Law School's AI Policy Fellowship and the MIT Policy Hackathon, where her team placed second in 2025. She is also the founder of Voices for the Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit launched through the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) Millennium Fellowship.
